Trunnion mounted ball

Trunnion mounted ball valves supplied by Imperial Royal Pte Ltd are designed in accordance with API6D. With design of 2pc or 3pc split body top entry or side entry. Huge range of sealing material includes PTFE, Peek, Devlon, Nylon etc can be used. Valves can be used in working temperature ranging from -46℃~ 500℃. Optional designed with double block and bleed or double piston type are available for this series of valves. Sealant injection system for both stem and seats to allow external intervention to prevent seat or stem leakage are equipped in all valves. For in-line maintenance services, the top entry ball valve can be used. Fire safe test by Llody’s Register per API607 and API6FA are certified on this full range of supplied trunnion mounted ball valves.
